We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance so we can guarantee your delivery date. That said, reach out — if we have availability we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Yes — every tote is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between every rental. You'll receive them ready to load, no prep needed on your end.
No problem — just contact us before your pick-up date and we'll extend your rental by the week. Additional weeks are billed at the same weekly rate as your original package.
Normal wear and tear is completely fine — these totes are built to be used. Excessive damage such as cracked walls or broken lids may incur a replacement fee, but we'll always communicate with you before charging anything extra.
Yes! Weekend delivery and pickup is available by appointment. Just select your preferred date when booking and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
